Caktus: The Social Music Player
Music lovers watch out, your mind is about to be blown!
How often are you in need of new music? Wrong answer, you meant: always! So, do you ever ask your Facebook community for a new musical direction, or perhaps those local hipsters that would know the name of a band or two? Ya me too (maybe we can be friends?) Do you spend hours upon hours going through YouTube videos in hypnotized mode, wide eyes red from lack of sleep, sucking up the screen radiation, hoping to tumble over your next musical obsession?
In the stimulaiting words of the great Sweet Brown, “Ain’t nobody got time for that!”
With all that build up I would like to introduce: Caktus, the first ever social music player.
Coming all the way from the (cold) MidWest, it is the first social network to get a profit from the first day of its launch, created in the spirit of sharing, inspired by the immense amount of new music groups that pop up faster than Rob Ford’s news appearances. You know the saying: if you can’t beat them – make an app! Ok that’s not a saying, but I really like this app.
With Caktus, you are both the teacher and the student, the giver and the taker, the DJ and that guy high on E twerking. It allows you to share your music with the world, and exposes you to easy accessed music library, catalogued by locations on a musical atlas. It is a gift from the modernized gods of music, opening the gates of private play lists, bridging smart phones around the globe in creating a common pool for borrowable music tracks.
Take a ride to the future of music spreading, Caktus your music, and follow the beat.
